The Barometer provides a summary of economic conditions pertaining to commercial real estate activity in the Southeast region of the United States. Hector Commercial Real Estate Services, LLC (“Hector Companies”) provides an analytical interpretation of market activity as it relates to commercial real estate investment. Following issues of the Southeast Regional Barometer (“Barometer”) will include rankings of the five largest Metropolitan Statistical Areas (“MSA”) in the nine Southeast regional states included in the Area of Study (“AOS”).
